Located across the street from The Green Leafe Café, the William and Mary Alumni House is an ideal site for your event. Offering rooms and outdoor areas with considerable character and architectural interest, the House's many spaces may be combined in a number of ways, making it a distinctive location for events as varied as a large reception followed by a formal dinner, an executive retreat, or an informal outdoor barbecue. Green Leafe Catering is a preferred caterer with the Alumni Association and has an excellent rapport with its management staff.

Located two blocks from The Green Leafe Café, the Williamsburg Community Building is appropriate for gatherings of up to 120 guests. Seated across from the Williamsburg Regional Public Library Plaza, the Williamsburg Community Building is a white brick structure fronted by the immaculately maintained Community Green lined with dogwood trees. Hardwood floors and high arch ceilings give the Community Building an airy atmosphere. The West Terrace, an open patio facing onto the Green, is the perfect setting for entertaining in the Spring and Summer months. This location is great if you require privacy and seclusion for your event but don’t wish to be far from the conveniences of downtown.

Built on the shores of the York River on a beautifully restored 18th Century main street, The Yorktown Freight Shed is the perfect location for a summertime event. With its pristine view of the water and the Riverwalk Landing boat slips the Shed has room for 100 seated guests indoors and a brickyard patio that can be enclosed with a tent for larger gatherings. The Shed is located approximately 13 scenic miles from The Green Leafe Café and can be reached in 25 minutes of travel time on the Colonial Parkway.

Legacy Hall is located at the intersection of New Town Avenue and Center Street. The Building is the focus of the Park Block of New Town and serves as a recreational center for the New Town development.
