(Highland - Lower Speyside) Thanks to the most meticulous cask management in the business, The Macallan is a malt of unparalleled finess and softness, known for its notes of sherry and almonds.
(Highland - Speyside) The Glenlivet was the first distillery to receive a liscense and produce its malt for distribution. The years of experience have perfected the fruity sweet taste of the golden scotch and coupled it delicately with a malty yet dry finish. Truly one of the greats.
(Eastern Lowland) Restrained and slightly sweet, Glenkinckie makes an excellent aperitif. The lightly peated almost grassy fragrance is the signature of the rolling hills from which this lowland malt finds its flavor.
(Highland - The Isle of Skye) A wonderful whisky for a cold day. Seaweed, pepper and sweet-and-sour flavors build to a warming finish. Often described as an explosion in the mouth.
(Highland - Speyside) An excellent Highland malt meant to be tasted neat. This ruby-amber whisky has a huge flavor wheel that speaks for itself: rich, vanilla and sherried with honey, chocolate, toffee and mint.
(Highland - Orkney Islands) This amber malt is aged in both sherry and bourbon woods, lending it a full, malty palate with a smooth honey finish. A whisky that goes down well anytime.
(Highland - Speyside) The distillery holds all of their malts and release them when they reach peak maturity. This means that every vintage bottle holds the same smooth body and vanilla sweetness.
(Island of Islay) An essential taste for anyone new to malts… simply to appreciate how far the flavor spectrum of whisky extends. The fully peated and salty taste is typical of an island scotch.
(Highland - Speyside) Because this whisky is unaged, its flavor is very crisp and balanced. A gentle whisky with a natural, fresh aroma that has few dominant notes.
(Island of Islay) The so-called "Lord of the Isles," the Lagavulin has a thick, full taste packed with smoke and the shoreline flavors of the island malts. A whisky to be experienced instead of tasted.
(Highland - Speyside) Michael Jackson claims that this has "the most complex aroma of any malt." With its firm body and herbal notes, Cragganmore is sure to leave an impression.
With its fruity, yet light flavor, Baker's makes for the perfect aperitif - overripe oranges, peaches and plums with a strong dash of vanilla. Try it on the rocks or with a splash of water, but shy away from adding flavored mixers to this bottling. Why mask a great flavor?
A truly unique bourbon… because it is left unfiltered, the result is a bourbon with big body and complex taste: tobacco, peaches, a little smokey. Not to mention a huge barrel proof (around 126.5°)
Knob Creek is first-rate bourbon. A huge flavor: toasted almonds, honey, blackberries, blueberries and some candied apples. Try it out of a snifter - warmth from the hand is all this bourbon needs.
The high rye content in this bottling makes the taste one of a kind. White pepper, faint lemon zest, and a touch of mint make this spicy whiskey the perfect companion for a splash of ginger ale
