Appetizer: Thai Curry Shrimp
Six chilled fantails, served with a mango tropical salsa & Thai curry sauce.
Paired With: Schneider & Brooklyner Hopfen-Weisse
Salad: Gorgonzola Cheese & Pear Salad
Combination of fresh mixed greens, topped with sliced pears, sundried cranberries, candied walnuts, Gorgonzola cheese crumbles, & finished with a light raspberry vinaigrette.
Paired With: Southern Tier Uber Sun
Soup: Grilled Seafood Gazpacho
Fresh grilled scallop, colossal king crab, combined with roasted red peppers, fresh vine ripe tomatoes, & loaded traditional summer vegetables seasoned to perfection. Served chilled.

Entrée: Apricot Pork Tenderloin
Chili rubbed pork tenderloin, stuffed with sundried apricots finished with an apricot ginger glaze. Served with orzo & Brocollini.
